Why, so they can reclaim it again once their term is up? How about anyone eligible for dual citizenship is too invested in another country to have any right to run for political office to begin with

Yea. This solves nothing. The problem is all jews get dual citizenship in Israel regardless if they apply for it or not. They just can get it later. They can play for the other team even if they arent because whenever they want to, the other team will accept them.

That's fucking nonsense. Every Jew in the planet is a member of Israel, regardless of whether they have ever been there or not. Israel is a tribe, not only a state.
