Of course not, if you want German citizens owning guns, you're literally Hitler!

(seriously, Germany had strict gun control both before and after WW2 - but while the National Socialists were in power, you got full gun rights by simply joining one of the various patriotic groups)

Theres an entire chapter on Mein Kampf on why the right to bear arms is necessary for a Nation's defense, and it reads like it was written by one of the american founding fathers.
