Found out we are pregnant with our fourth. Going from 3 to 4 is going to be a hard toll on my wifes body. We need prayers

Same brother we are expecting baby 5 in 5 years praying for you. Do research and lead your wife in doing tge rehab exercises after pregnancy. Pelvic floor and ab strengthening
