When the goal is debate, wearing face coverings can be a pain in the ass. Especially in the summer. This woman's outfit choice *in general* is incredibly bizarre but it can definitely throw off attempts at facial identification without walking around in a hot ass mask.
She seems too rational to be mentally ill enough to have that hair completely for cosmetic purposes. She's well spoken, but she sounds nervous, probably her first rodeo.

Piercings (that are less than gauges) can be a red flag but normally they are OK.
If everything else is in order, I find it hard to care about the color of hair as long as it's not a male haircut or super asymmetrical. She could be a blonde, brunette, or redhead by the end of the day if she wanted to.
