Something that changed my mind on this issue from being a “as long as they’re legal” cuckservative was when someone asked me what difference does it make if 100,000 Guatemalans enter the United States legally or illegally. That made me think and I realized that it wasn’t rules or laws that I was obsessed with maintaining, it was my nation that I wanted to maintain, and the more nonwhites come into the US regardless of legal status, the more America is gonna change for the worse.

I agree, immigration is a good tack to take because everyone is seeing how out of control it's getting, and it affects everything.
Rhetorically, I'd pull back on getting rid of people already here (except for illegals and temporary students/workers) and focus on stopping uncontrolled migration while raising the requirements for even applying for a VISA (fluent English should be mandatory). The people living here can be made so uncomfortable that they leave on their own.
This goes hand in hand with de-villifying our own culture so emphasis should be placed on how much people want to come here because that implies value that we should safeguard, especially getting "legal" immigrants on board; what happens to the prosperity that they got to access once a billion fighting age males from their old countries (that they fled) show up looking to be paid without working for it?

Cultures of toil (ie doing what you're told, even if you know it's unproductive) and government hiring programs for specific groups (ie immigrants) undermine what has worked for us up to now, as does using infinite foreign labour to undercut local wages.
Basically, take that Smithsonian infographic on Whiteness and present it as a goal to strive for.

There is nothing that can stop the nation's collapse. You could convince a billion people that illegals need to go and still the west will collapse and split apart. Illegals are a distraction from the actual problem. If you eliminate the illegals, you have not solved the problem.

Our goal CANNOT be to make America "white only". This will naturally cause two problems: white empathy, and the other people who are not white living among us. It MUST be about our tradition, heritage, culture, society, etc...
I think we will find heavy support among the traditional non-white communities in the US. They understand that what make America special is our history and culture. They understand that the foreign invaders do not share their values and are displacing them in the victim olympics.
90% of the population is politically irrelevant. Many hate this society, but won't act to change it. Even if there's Nazis putting their neighbors on train cars, they won't forcefully oppose it. Their consent is unnecessary, and as long as we don't actively harass them they will treat the new bosses like the old ones. Our propaganda towards normies will affect national morale more than it will affect the conflict.
