Comedians are the best people to normalize racial identity. They can get away with it, make people laugh about it and make people comfortable about recognizing race and different racial behaviors.
Even comedians were getting canceled during the Obama terms because everyone became hyper sensitive to race and political correctness was the worst from 2008 to 2015. Part of Trump's appeal was him breaking that spell, making fun of fat women again and the birther stuff about Obama and calling these fraud leaders crooked and calling the news propagandists fake and liars. Played out now but we see comedians taking the torch forward with revealing the scamdemic, the J Q, now racial identity.
