It's a waste of time when one can post or find TND memes.
Your seed is the very essence of human life. The man implants the woman with the seed, and a human baby is born as a result.
It is the single most important act you will ever do in your life.
Everything that detracts from this act, including pornography and extra-marital relations, weakens you as a man, weakens your authority, your virtue, your nobility. It breaks the generational chain that links you to the past and future.
If you are able to keep it in your pants, even govern it appropriately with your wife, you have achieved the ultimate pinnacle of manhood. Taking cities as a conqueror is easier than governing your passions.
Go back, at least, to the englightenment or earlier, when things meant something, and emotions mattered.
