The French Riviera and Barcelona in the 90's were still cool. There were only a few niggers around. The beaches, bars and clubs were all White people. Beaches were also cool because it was very common for young White females to be topless and safe. Walking drunk at night was safe. Very relaxing times.
It's still unfuckingbelievable what happened a few decades later, with both countries riddled with illegal immigrants everywhere.
