When Netanyahu spoke to Congress, the Republican speaker of the house passed a rule that if anyone boo's Netanyahu they face up to 10 years prison.

So, no. It's not your first amendment right if you are a member of Congress. You are forced to clap like it's Josef Stalin up there.

The people you are not allowed to criticize are the people who actually rule over you.
