Wilheim Marr founded The League of Anti-Semitism in 1879 after the popularity of his pamphlet [The Victory of Judaism over Germanism](https://ia601408.us.archive.org/33/items/marr-wilhelm-the-victory-of-judaism-over-germanism-viewed-from_202209/Marr%2C_Wilhelm_The_Victory_of_Judaism_over_Germanism_Viewed_from.pdf) which described the rise of Jewish power following jewish emancipation in 1848.
The jews know him as The Father of Modern Antisemitism see
