I have a metal tin that potato chips came in back when grocery stores and consuming first started. I don't think that would work now with people eating a bag of chips per day. But yeah, everything should be reusable or biodegradable and not covered in toxins.

We bake a ton. I bought old bread and cracker tins to keep all our various baking supplies in. They last forever.
