Well, that's the thing. The only metric one can point to that plausibly diverts the blame off of black people themselves is fatherlessness. There's nothing that correlates with crime and poverty as much as blackness does, except for fatherlessness, which correlates about the same. But those correlations are both so strong and so close that it's actually hard to tell which way the causation (if any) goes. Does fatherlessness drive crime? Or does it just appear that way because it's so many of the fatherless households are black? Both interpretations fit the data.

But the most likely answer, IMO, is that they are both consequences of the same impulsivity.

At least in America, part of the reason for fatherlessness is that it’s incentivized and they can get away with it. If you’re black and broke, you can just bail. It can be hard to get child support out of them because they don’t have a lot of skin in the game to go after them with, and they don’t have any money to pay anyway. Most single moms are married to the state anyway, so many wouldn’t even bother in that case to get more from the guy since there’s nothing to get and it’s hard to get. Black guys don’t want to be dads and the system was setup to encourage and enable that.

People will shit on Matt Walsh for never naming the Jew and being Shapiro's shabbos goy. But I think there is great value in his work of getting people to say the truth out loud.

The problem in society is that people would rather be liars than be racist. Lead someone out of that cage and they will continue to transform for free. You don't need to tell them what to think, once you've freed them to consider all possibilities.

Walsh does a lot of good work shattering that cage. I'm not worried about the futile attempts to keep the just the Jew part of the cage intact.
