Kind of like when some shitskin rapes or kills a member of your family, you would have to be a fool to think you are going to get any kind of justice via the shekel courts or the off chance someone actually goes to prison.
You avenge your folk by making those that harmed them pay with their blood. Nothing less is sufficient.
