It's actually just a single loyalty, and that is to jews, while holding treason and hatred for the host nation's people they are in.

The [jewish website](https://www.worldjewishcongress.org/en/news/defining-antisemitism-dual-loyalty) was so nice to define it:

Note that they do not deny it. And it occurred forever. It was ALWAYS the case.

They also prioritize themselves above God. It's one of the (if not the prime) reasons why they venerate the number 6. God made man on the 6th day, but God didn't finish the full cycle of creation until day 7, where he rested. Instead of venerating 7, the full divine creation cycle, they venerate 6, themselves. It speaks to their priorities, and you see it in everything they do.
