That's a compliment to a woman, so truly a "woman moment". I think it's worse for a man because her bringing it implies she has had friends with benefits and one night stands and while that is neither a desirable past for either sex to have I would guess it's a little worse for a man to know that about his woman? That and of course women generally value marriage more then men, so 'being marriage material' is a great compliment to a women.
