You know what it means, right? No taxes on tips means the ratio of tips will further increase. So you won't be paying 30% tips or whatever (which is already insane), you'll pay $1 for the food and have to tip for its actual price ($10-$30 or whatever it is over the pond).

You hate tipping culture? What happens after that will amaze you.
