Hypothetically if somebody filled their yacht with guns and sailed into international waters, and then somebody from the UK met them there in their own yacht and purchased all those guns…would that be illegal?

eu no longer has proper borders, this does not happen anymore

hiding in lorries is still a thing though but boats are taking over
