Hypothetically if somebody filled their yacht with guns and sailed into international waters, and then somebody from the UK met them there in their own yacht and purchased all those guns…would that be illegal?

Now that's a type of vacation that sounds interesting. Better than some shitty hotel, camping or just sitting home.
