Hypothetically if somebody filled their yacht with guns and sailed into international waters, and then somebody from the UK met them there in their own yacht and purchased all those guns…would that be illegal?

You load your car or truck onto a big train to cross the Eurotunel too many vehicles arrive for the coppers to check every single one.
