Hypothetically if somebody filled their yacht with guns and sailed into international waters, and then somebody from the UK met them there in their own yacht and purchased all those guns…would that be illegal?

Its probably fine until they try to smuggle them into their country. (I'm no legal expert) lol

Oh yeah that’s their problem. But if they’re getting guns you can probably guess they’re going to use them and don’t care about the legality of it.

I mean legal issues from the American side.
