The statistics here are from Tucson, Arizona, which was 3/4 non-Hispanic White as recently as 1970.

Usually the "%" symbol means "per cent" or "per 100" so your numbers should add up to 100%. You have an overlap of people who are both white and nonwhite. Wiggers?

This discrepancy was kinda what I was trying to get at with the meme, but I guess I did it badly. Basically, Tucson is minority White, but when looking at the Wikipedia page, you get the wrong impression of the demographics. It claims that the city is nearly 70% White, but that number *includes* Hispanics, who are really race-mixed the vast majority of the time. The 40 percent and the 70 percent don’t add, because this 40 percent of Hispanics is *included* within the 70 percent of “White” people.

So you expect a pretty White city when looking at racial statistics, and then when you show up, all the “White” people are people like Felipe Xochitl Valenzuela Sanchez who’s 45 percent Aztec but says they’re White.
