I haven't been able to find a source either, if anyone has it I'd be interested to see but for now I doubt this is real.

I mean, I wouldn't really put it past them. The message would be to emphasize the superiority of the Chinese race in the face of being beaten by the united states. "They're cheating, they have human-beasts on their team. If we were up against *actual* Americans we would dominate". Still, I can't find evidence.
