Having the downtown areas of major cities full of abandoned property is just insane and allows (((them))) to rip you of while utilizing your fundamental freedom of movement as the distances to get around the city becomes too far to walk for most people, which means you need a car or a bus line. Both of which cost money to use.
No property tax on personal homes, that I agree on fully. Every citizen should be able to own at least one home tax free. Your main home were you live.
Tariffs I don't know, honestly look at US tariffs vs EU tariffs. EU companies says no tarrifs while US companies begs for more. Look were the innovation happens, EU companies are decades ahead in good innovation while the only innovation in US companies is more (((spyware))) and (((planned obsolesce))) especially when it comes to cars and trucks.
Just sanction shithole countries like China and israel who are known to subsidize exports and take shortcuts or fund their stuff through spyware. Products that comply with all regulations should compete to ensure more innovation.
Consumption taxes are the best taxes. No escape for anyone. Everyone living within the country, including illegals and tourists would have to pay and contribute. All the green bullshit can be cancelled as we eliminate over consumption which is the biggest environmental problem. People would only consoom the product they need.
I really hate wage taxes, criminals illegals and tourists have no wage so they don't pay shit, yet all the workers pays around 20-30% for services everyone can utilize. This is (((insanity))). No tax on wage. Also, just imagine how much the IRS can be scaled down when they only have to audit businesses and no private citizen. That alone could save billions in taxes.
