I used to take a bunch of supplements to help with joint pain after a car accident (semi-no brakes)... They definitely helped but it was better to put them in a collection of days then just a collection of pills. I've since changed my diet and don't need supplements anymore. Biggest change was my own meat (beef,pork,chicken,goat,lamb). Don't need supplements if your food contains.
