Some things are shittier than others. Billing and pilling is a monumentally fucked up way to try to "help" people and it's exponentially worse, especially when you consider what that pharmaceutical poison robs you of.
While I don't care for every aspect of Jungian psychiatry, there are a lot of good tools in there and when combined with something like Stoicism and faith in Christ, it helps a man make some sense of this foul world and navigate it effectively. That has been my experience.
Yeah, we significantly disagree. Stoicism, Jung and Christianity in the context you mentioned is highly slavish. I prefer more classical values of action-result rather than inaction-perceived spiritual enlightenment.
