This may shock you but Russia is pretty shit military-wise.
Just because you want to simp for Russia doesn't make their failures and fuckups fake.
Your previous example was 80 years ago and has no bearing to modern Russia. And it's not like they were particularly adept back then either, it was just manpower and getting lucky with a good tank design on top of millions of tons and dollars worth of external aid.
The vast majority of tools available to Russia are incredibly obsolete and unsophisticated weapons. Technology matters in war. Russia has nothing even remotely on par with the Javelin, for example, overwhelmingly relying on direct-fire RPGs or static ATGM SACLOS emplacements that don't permit shoot-and-scoot tactics (and require sustained unbroken line of sight to the target). Russia failed entirely to innovate bombs and guided munitions, relying now on silly refits of FAB-500 bombs to accomplish what NATO and NATO-supplied countries can do with a modular kit.
The Ka-50 was a good example of Russia not having the money or access to technology - an attack helicopter so sophisticated it was single-seat and has an ejection seat yet totally lacked thermal or night vision or even A/G radar, making it inoperable at night.
All of Ukraine has been a huge fuckup for them.
Four years of Telegram propaganda and apparently you believe all of it.

The armies of all EU countries are strong united, but none of them are designed for invasion of a foreign nation, they're great for defense only.
This is why the cold war stayed cold for so long, and still is cold. Neither side has the resources required to conquest the other, and both sides have decent defense in case of war between EU and Russia. If the US and China gets involved as allies it makes very little difference and would most likely result in small border conflicts in Europe while the US and China fights a full scale war on the other side of the world.
But if they were wearing ukro uniforms they could be considered volunteers or mercs.
