The basis of Judaism is the belief that Jews are God's chosen people and are therefore inherently better than everyone else.

Zionists believe this as well. However, they also think they *aren't* Jews but will be treated *as good as* Jews in return for their support.

These terms are effectively synonymous.

The people who call themselves jews who aren't recently from the middle east are barely more Hebrew than anyone else, if at all. The Palestinians have more Hebrew in em than Ashkenazi.

I will let God decide that. There is a new Covenant for Jew and Greek, as they say.
