Both of those races would be better served if they stopped stewing in their own misery (especially the pajeets, its literally their entire religion), and improooved themselves. I am a firm believer that belief in reincarnation kills one's sense of responsibility and agency. Believing your current life will always be crap because something you might have done in an imagined prior life is not a good foundation to build a civilization on.
