I heard this quote recently as an explanation for the low and still declining birth rates. Without God, nation or a grand idea, there is nothing to fight and die for and thus you focus on surviving and enjoying whatever earthly joys you can get. That takes away any drive to procreate and continue the bloodline into the future.
Things being expensive are not the reason why people don't have families and related policies make very little difference.
Basically if the population were to NOT grow, GDP would stop growing and the fake jew fiat economy would tank. The entire thing is a sort of huge ponzi scheme such as the social security system. It's insolvent and relies on new people paying in to pay out to the old farts. If the number of people paying into the scam does not grow then the fake ponzi scheme collapses.
So that's a key reason the evil kike bankers would be forced to increase the population regardless.
