I heard this quote recently as an explanation for the low and still declining birth rates. Without God, nation or a grand idea, there is nothing to fight and die for and thus you focus on surviving and enjoying whatever earthly joys you can get. That takes away any drive to procreate and continue the bloodline into the future.

Things being expensive are not the reason why people don't have families and related policies make very little difference.

This is related to k/r selection. Whites are a more r selected group of humans. Which means we have fewer children and spend more time and resources developing our young. When we perceive tough times or a scarcity of resources we have fewer children. Elite anti white jews know this and create propaganda with the goal of encourages less white breeding.

Resources are not scarce though and Whites used to have more children in the past. This is a spiritual problem, not material.
