Police officers are recruited from the lowest IQ populations capable of still performing the job's tasks. They're half retarded golems no higher than a nigger.
Which explains how I have been able to fool the police by just putting a line of tar on my number plate so it doesn't read properly in the ANPR system. It also gives me plausible deniability since tar could be from the road.
