Yeah apparently it's from 2022. So they can say "they're peddling fake news" but the correct take away should be how cowardly and inept the police are and always have been, and that they only show bravery when it's against the whites that sadly won't gang up on them and beat them to death.

Also it doesn't seem like the police are actually doing as the title suggests. They just try to arrest the guy, ignoring the mob of shitskins raging, and then let him go when they notice he gets attacked.
