Meh, not really. The only reason they have any power is because of usury and fractional reserve banking (i.e., fraud).

Give me control of the Fed for a week and I could dismantle kikery world wide.

Even with just that wouldn't be enough without the money printer. That's how they capture media, pay agitators, pay for wars against nationalist governments etc.
