You’re so sure about something like that yet all your information about the subject is sourced by western media.
we have videos of North Korea touring "offices" where all the workers are staring at a blank Windows XP desktop and shots of 16 lane city streets surrounded by skyscrapers that look like dev screenshots of Grand Theft Auto 7: The Chinese Connection before they added NPCs. it paints an obvious picture - North Korea is a paper state where a manchild and his family are allowed to pretend they're The Big Dog while China probably grabs whatever resources might be around using literal-this-time slave labor.
i've never been to Somalia, nor spoken to any Somalians, so how would i know what Somalia is actually like?
