This is the truth. Religion is constantly ebbing and flowing, and has been for as long as it's existed. Belief in God and the greater spiritual reality is still of the utmost importance in my strongly held opinion, but religion both as an institution and as a personal ideology is only useful insofar as it produces godly fruits. When it ceases to do so, and especially once it begins to sprout evil fruits, true believers must seize hold of it and change its shape once again.
