He's a spoiled brat who thinks he deserves more attention than he got even though he never did anything notable or even simply impressive. He's envious of his father and this is how he takes it out on him.
Yeah, most of Elon's success is because of his family's wealth and him being just the right age to get into the tech industry just as it was expanding.
Musk is a government agent and most of his funding and profit comes from government funding, government grants and government contracts.
