Reminder that a couple years ago a token all-female crew were doing a routine controlled burn in Canada and fucked up so bad it became a major wildfire.
when the all-female crew of florida firefighters finally had a fire, they other 2 local firehouses were called to actually handle it.
firefighters have a physical admissions test. among other practical obstacles, they typically must be able to scale a regulation pool fence unassisted, which is usually 6 ft. and they must be able to bash down a door. some men are just too small to complete both, so about 40% of men fail at least one of the physical tests. but 99%+ of women fail at least one of these physical tests.
so many districts have started removing physical tests entirely to get their diversity numbers up though. the fireman carry used to be 200 lbs because the average male weighs 200 lbs and the average female weighs 170 lbs. this means if you can carry 200+ lbs, you can single handedly carry 70%+ of the population. this test has gradually been reduced to only 160lbs, and in many areas, women can get a waiver. in other words, they cannot lift even 40% of the population, and can get a waiver for one of the fundamental requirements of the job. these women are a liability.
DEI in emergency services is fucking retarded. if a woman can do it, fine. if she can't, she needs to GTFO. a burning building doesn't give a fuck... they're going to get people killed.

It's weird to me that the bulk of the American public can't see this is a terrible idea. We have so many examples of anti white hiring being a bad idea. We even have very recent examples. I'm thinking south Africa should be on everyone's minds. The anti white communist hiring policies in south Africa devastated the public services. One example was the water treatment facilities. Only 7% of jobs in water treatment (and other public sector jobs) were allowed to go to white south Africans. I'm sure you can predict the results of this experiment.
Wranglerstar on YouTube is an ex forest firefighter. He's pretty red pilled, not enough to name the kike, but a good role model. He mentioned how bringing in women ruined the cohesion of their work group, because the women would sleep around with as many male firefighters as they could, and the tension between them all made the work a nightmare.
