Authoritarian organization is required for tasks that people are not prone to doing naturally which they have no innate desire to work on.
Think of jews as open source software development. Most open source software devs want to make cool software to help the world, promote their brand, or for some other personal reason. They are internally driven to code for free.
Some software dev puts free code online and others organically gravitate towards the project and contribute to it. After weeks and months of labor.. in the end you have a software product that actually works and had minimal traditional organization to pull it off.
There is no big “open source mastermind” to lead the collective efforts of every single open source project, just a bunch of individuals who had a common goal and worked towards it.
Jews operate the same way. Most of them hate goyim because of their cults religion, and the way same the open source developer donates his time and energy to coding the jew does the same for undermining the goyim and their host nation.
It's the rabbis that organize everything.
Rabbis are not only religious leaders like White people understand, they are also political leaders. Every Jew is loyal to the rabbi.
That's why they cut off the dicks of their babies, so that Jews will not be able to love a woman and they'll stay loyal to the rabbi.
