The government doesn't care about the country or the people. They don't care who lives in the country. They just want to rule, and for them it doesn't matter what or who they rule over.

How they rule does vary from government to government. Not all governments are equal. I'm suggesting Whites should never have been okay with their government over the last 2 centuries even. The fact only some are starting to care because the government isn't favoring Whites over non-Whites is sad.
