The belief in dispensations of human history within the church is not new. At all. And it seems like that the belief in and of itself has nothing to even do with the jews. Proto-dispensationalism goes back to the middle ages. This variant had little to do with jews.
The earliest formations of modern dispensationalism were formed by Pierre Poiret. However, we don't see much said that indicates any philosemitic attitude by him. Rather, it seems to just be an extension of the puritan belief that jews should convert to Christianity.
This changes with a man named John Nelson Darby. Who viewed jews and the state of Israel as particularly special, and, notably, he was the first mainstream religious leader to thoroughly reject the gospel truth of belief in Christ as the new israel.
