"Hate speech" technically covers it in all countries that doesn't specifically bans "holohoax denial". But at the same time, it's a hard "crime" to prove, and highest court in most countries agrees that you shouldn't get convicted with "hate speech" just for stating facts, especially when those facts are true and can be mathematically proven.

(((Prosecutors))) are still trying hard tho, and low level courts at municipality level have convicted people for hate speech, just for telling the truth, these convictions are often overridden by higher courts later on, with good financial compensation to the released "suspect".
