It is intentionally deceptive. To call Middle Eastern muslim sandniggers "Asian" insinuates they are Orientals. It is common to use "Asian" to refer to Orientals. Not even Indians are called that - they are considered a special breed of subhumans. This is speech manipulation, thus thought manipulation.

Not really, it's just an Americanism. In the USA, most Asian immigrants are from eastern Asia. In the UK, Asian immigrants are from southern Asia. In Russia, they come from central Asia.

"Asian immigrant" can refer to any one of these generally speaking, but the specific region in casual speak varies on what the context is.

Colloquially Asians are considered to be Orientals, and that is universal. Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Koreans. Those from the Middle East are considered 3rd world, Arabs or muslims. If you refer to them as Asians in Germany or Hungary, you'd just confuse them. As of Indians the same goes. If you tell someone "oh that guy is an Asian", NOBODY will think it's a shit skinned incest pajeet shitting on the street.

This seems to be only common in Bongland where propaganda tries to... I'm not sure what they are trying to do actually. To conflate them with Orientals like they are the same? Or to not call them Africans? To not have the thing named by its proper name? They seem to be adamant about labeling them "Asians", while other descriptors would be better.

Didn't consider that. But this, I think there is propagandistic maliciousness behind that in Britain.

It's not propaganda, there's just a lot more brown Asians than there are yellow Asians.
