> fanatically defending proprietary software as if every average Joe out there knows exactly how to reverse engineer anything and review millions of lines of code for built in stuff that fucks you the end user over in various ways.
Nope, just asking you to show evidence. You can't just claim software does something therefore it does - It's not magic.
And again, projects have reversed windows to source - ReactOS. So if you need the hand holding you can look through that to find your imaginary keylogger.
> I also find it hilarious that even tho you try to convince everyone that I'm wrong about how these things
You just provide 0 evidence. It's literally all "well this over here" and tin foil hat shit. Put up or shut up. Could they add a keylogger? Sure. Do people reverse every single update coming from msft - yes. I personality know some who do.
> You don't even trust these devices yourself.
A keylogger like you originally brought up is different than a device built to listen inside your home. I'm talking to you about your imaginary friend.... er keylogger. Stay on topic. You don't seem to grasp the tech very well so I especially want you staying on 1 topic.
> which you claim to have reverse engineered and found nothing bad in them.
I never claimed I did that. I asserted the code is right there, free tools exist, what PE file and what address are you specifically concerned about? I do claim I can open it up and follow along.
