There's an old saying, you can tell how civilized a country is by looking at how they treat their prisoners. After spending billions on the actual facilities, cell blocks with cells, administration, utilities and everything else needed to operate a prison it really won't cost much time or effort to treat the prisoners like humans, and that can be the difference between a successful rehabilitation vs an animal factory.

As we know by now jews and niggers are hopeless cases and should get curb stomped in a dark alley around the corner of the prison out of sight so that it doesn't upset the other prisoners trying to rehabilitate. Palestinians always seemed the most civilized among all muslim groups.
