This is a feasible idea. I bet something similar occurred in the Soviet Union too, with the difference that they didn't need hordes of niggers to learn the boundaries. The jewish enforcers and their leaders were cruel and brutal from the beginning. All that was required is that the "official" statement of "everything working fine and legally" could be maintained.

It's also peculiar how the word "NIGGERS" has been replaced with "migrants."
