Exactly. There really are not that many people committing crimes. Even putting aside the deterrent effect, if we just lock up people and keep them locked up for an appropriate time after they commit an offense, crime will plummet.
The problem with all high crime areas is that criminals don't get locked up because the police have decided most crimes (like shoplifting) aren't punishable, usually because they're "too busy" working more severe crimes, which never get solved. And, on the off chance someone does get arrested, they are released far too early through either the prosecutor dropping the case, a ridiculous plea deal, or just being released from prison early.
They refuse to realize that the people commiting the murders are *also* the ones shoplifting and mugging, and if you actually arrest them instead of focusing on the unsolvable murders that weren't literally on camera, the murder rate would plummet.
Restorative justice is what you are speaking about. Its yet another nigger-lover law for their convience to continue to rape and pillage the White mans creation
