There isn't any exception. If you refuse to do these things, you die, or have every bit of reputation you have ran through the mud.

Considering that trump has been a billionaire, and active in politics, for longer than most of the people on this board have even been alive, he has absolutely done the rounds. He has gone from doing the humiliation ritual to administering it.
