Those estimates are based on liberals believing they wouldnt commit death by cop or other nog. The only way blacks will ever become a majority in the US (outside of jews importing blacks that are smart enough to not kill their own indiscriminately, in which case american blacks will probably try to fight them over gibs, and we will have a black on black race war) is if they stop being nogs.
