In some areas its probably a thing. Since burger king is a chain, theres nothing stopping some crackhead from simply buying a franchise and setting up their meth lab in it. This is ancedotal, but my grandmother used to be a military nurse, and she knew where to get certain illicit substances from McDonalds at the right time of the night.

Nah that's just standard goyslop. Getting a noticeable amount of blood on someone's food and serving it is unheard of. People freak out about that shit and you would hear about it all the time.

I mean I see how it could happen, but getting blood on someone's food goes way beyond what we expect even from the shittiest goyslop establishments. I dont believe the mother is using the opportunity as a cash grab at all, I myself would do everything I could to hurt the place that served my child nigger blood.
