Literally every single nigger I worked for in care facilities were extremely fat and unable to do anything for themselves, and were always really young compared to everyone else. They were always surrounded by goyslop, and their blood sugar was through the roof. Watching them die that slow and painful death was definitely worth the loss in tax money.
